I couldn't find any problems. The rubber diaphragm on the throttle valve is a brand new Genuine Suzuki part. This item is an OEM Mikuni Carburetor that was removed from a 2004 Suzuki LT-Z400.

It comes with a complete rebuild kit that has not been opened. I would check the float height also. All of the fasteners and threaded holes are in great shape. The throttle blades and valves move smoothly.

There are no cracks, dents, or previous modifications. I cleaned all passages and jets with carb cleaner compressed air everything is clear. This part will fit all 2003 2007 Suzuki LT-Z400 and LT-Z400Z model's.
