The unit is very clean as can be seen in the photos. I left the plunger out so you can see that it is not stuck in the carb like so many have happen.
I lost the timing chain and messed up the motor so I am parting it out. Also included are the throttle cable adjustment nut and the choke plunger. I actually got a rebuild kit for it figuring it may need freshening up but when I took it apart it was so clean I just put it back together without the kit.
It has set for a year with no fuel in it so maybe you should pull the float bowl and give it a look just to make sure all is good to go.
